Dennis O'Hara, ARM — President & CEO, The National Catholic Risk Retention Group, Inc.

Stephen J. Henne, ARM, CPCU — Vice President of Claims & Shareholder Initiatives, The National Catholic Risk Retention Group, Inc.

W. Kent Wilkins— current Claims Manager with the Archdiocese of Boston, has over thirty years of experience in General Liability, Property, Auto, and Workers’ Compensation. He has been with the Archdiocese of Boston for 14 years and is responsible for all claims, including investigations, mediations and litigation management.

Charles DePasquale — has forty years of experience in claims management, including Auto and General Liability, Property and Workers Compensation as well as Consulting Services and System Design and Development. He has been the Assistant Risk Manager at the Diocese of Brooklyn for the last six years.

Ryan Fitzgerald, ARM — is Risk Manager for the Diocese of Lafayette, Mr. Fitzgerald is charged with creating a culture of safety. He develops custom loss control resources, provides educational risk management workshops, conducts onsite safety inspections and assists Church and School personnel with claims management. Prior to his present role, he served five years with the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee coordinating the insurance program with a successful track record in reducing losses. He served nine years working as an Operational Analyst with ADT Security Services working with predictive data modeling for staffing and operational effectiveness.

Brett M. Waldron — is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. He has experience drafting briefs, pleadings and motions in state and federal court. Brett has worked on commercial litigation matters, medical malpractice cases and various issues in the fields of labor and employment law. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Brett clerked for the Honorable Harris L Hartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He also clerked for the Honorable Edward G. Smith of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Randy Braverman — is a Senior Consultant at Facility Engineering Associates (FEA). An Emergency Preparedness Specialist, Randy conducts vulnerability assessments using the ALPHA analysis methodology and provides technical assistance for numerous schools in the Chicagoland area and beyond. Most recently, Mr. Braverman served as the Director of Campus Safety for Oak Park and River Forest H.S. With 26 years of experience managing security operations in a variety of educational settings, Randy has overseen full-scale emergency crisis exercises and coordinated the efforts of local, county, state authorities, military forces, hospitals, and school personnel within these exercises.

Michael T. Burnett — is the founder of Burnett Risk Control International, LLC. Mr. Burnett has been a lawyer for 28 years, previously specializing in insurance coverage law. He assists religious and non-profit entities in resolving sexual misconduct claims. Mr. Burnett’s services include valuation of claims, resolution strategy consulting, expert services and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The goal of Burnett Risk Control International, LLC is to resolve sexual abuse claims and the attendant insurance coverage claims through an expedited, compassionate and cost-effective process.

Steven Pachman — is a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s management committee. He concentrates his practice on the defense of catastrophic sports injury cases, and regularly represents individuals and school systems in catastrophic injury matters arising out of alleged premature return-to-play decisions and other negligence theories in the sports’ context.

Kimberly Sachs — is an associate at Montgomery McCracken in the firm’s commercial litigation department defending catastrophic sports injury cases. She graduated with honors from Villanova University School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Villanova Law Review. While in law school, Kim served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and also for the Honorable Juan R. Sánchez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
